Lower Burrell, PA (Sep 28, 2009)
You are invited to join the Empty Pockets Racing team for the final race of the 2009 endurance season which will be held at BeaveRun Motorsports Complex on Sunday October 4th, 2009. We would love to “pack the track” with local Pittsburgh fans since this is the first race for Fasttrax being held at BeaveRun and the last race of the season. The race will start at 3 pm and run for 3 hours. There will be some great racing action as EPR has bikes registered in all three classes, Heavyweight, Mediumweight, and lightweight. The Heavyweight entry piloted by Keith “Hollywood” Reed and Pete “Instigator” Eshleman will have the opportunity to wrap-up the championship in style simply by finishing the race. They have lead the championship all year and carry 57 point lead into the last race. The Middleweight team of Wes “Newbie” Biricocchi and Cork “Welcome Back” Morran will defend their current 2nd place foothold that is only 2 point above the 3rd place runners. They will need a strong performance to keep the 2nd place finish. Lastly but certainly not least, the Lightweight team of Aaron “Factory” Barry, Jon “Six Gear” Cowles and Aaron “Double A” Borello will go for gold and try to advance to the top podium spot in class. They currently hold onto 2nd place but are only 15 points away from first. They will need a 1st place finish and some misfortune for the current 1st place team to take the gold. It will be an end to the season and we would love to have as many of you there are possible to help us celebrate the season.

Lower Burrell, PA (Sep 12, 2009)
It appears teammate Keith Reed has found his new calling. This side car (simular to the ones seen at the Isle of Man TT) just happened to be at Nelson Ledges during the September Fasttrax round. Both Keith and Pete got a chance to take turnes piloting this crazy machine around Nelson for one lap. This was such a highlight of the day that both guys did not care of they raced or not, this one lap was enough for the weekend.
